The purpose of this book is to enable candidates to prepare for the MRCGP examination by working through 20 examples of modified essay questions. Answers to the questions appear in a different part of the book together with a marking schedule. Each modified essay question deals with a problem solving exercise in an evolving case history. It takes into account management decisions, and as well as testing knowledge also tests skills and attitudes. The book also deals with the oral examination.
